Skydive SWOOP has been jumping Ontario skies since 1979 — through six presidents, a dozen aircraft, and something like 140,000 jumps. We're a non-profit, run by our members, and every dollar that comes in goes back into the club: aircraft, training, safety, community.

About 60 minutes from downtown Toronto — closer than any other dropzone in southern Ontario. We're at 461 ON-5 West in Dundas, just west of Hamilton on the Niagara Escarpment.
Tandem skydives are $359 at 8,000 ft or $369 at 11,000 ft, plus HST. Media packages (video + photos) are available as add-ons. You can book and pay online.
You must be 18 or older with valid government photo ID. For equipment safety, guests 220–250 lb incur a $75 surcharge and guests over 250 lb a $150 surcharge. Weight must be proportionate to height for the harness to fit safely.
Tandem skydives exit at either 8,000 ft ($359) or 11,000 ft ($369), giving you roughly 30 to 45 seconds of freefall followed by a 5-minute parachute ride under canopy.
Skydiving is weather-dependent. If wind, cloud, or visibility fall below safe limits, we reschedule at no charge. You'll get a call or text before you drive in.
For safety reasons — a CSPA regulation — tandem students cannot wear cameras. Book our media package and one of our camera flyers jumps with you and captures it professionally.
Our Progressive Freefall (PFF) program starts with a full-day ground school followed by 8 supervised jumps to earn your CSPA A-license. See our Learn to Skydive page for the syllabus.
