Changing or cancelling your booking
You may change or cancel your booking up to 1 week prior to your scheduled date. If you or anyone in your group cancels before this 1-week window, you will not be charged.
If you cancel within 1 week of your date, or do not show up at all, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee regardless of the circumstances. The only way to avoid the cancellation charge is to find someone to fill your spot who does not already have a booking.
Each cancellation takes the place of a customer who was turned away, so this time-frame is strictly enforced to keep costs down for our other customers.
Why the $100 no-show fee?
When you commit to jump with us, we reserve a spot in the class and ensure all required instructors are there and available for you. If you don't show up or cancel at the last minute, we charge the no-show fee to keep costs down and prices reasonable for everyone. It's not fair to the club, the instructors, or potential customers otherwise.
Weather & rescheduling
Skydiving is a weather-dependent sport, and we are occasionally grounded due to wind, cloud, or rain. If you're scheduled for a tandem and there's inclement weather, call ahead to reschedule — free of charge, provided it's done prior to your scheduled jump time and rebooked within 60 days.
If, after your ground school training, you are unable to complete your jump for any reason, you can reschedule at no cost. If you do not wish to reschedule, you are considered to be backing out and may request a refund based on the rules above.
Gift certificates
Gift certificates are 100% non-refundable under any circumstance. They must be used by the expiry date clearly displayed on the certificate, or the certificate becomes null and void. No extensions will be granted under any circumstance.
Gift certificates may be transferred to another person, but only with the authorization of either the purchaser or the recipient, in order to avoid fraudulent claims.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or cash. Cheques are permitted but require a credit card backup.
